Meeting Cards displays a short briefing about your next meeting on Even Realities G2 glasses. It is a viewer. All of your information stays with the assistant service you choose to connect it to.
One thing: the access key you enter during setup. It is held in local storage on your phone so you do not have to enter it again, and it is never transmitted anywhere except to the service it authenticates you against. You can remove it at any time with the Remove key button on the setup screen.
The app stores no meeting content, no calendar data, no correspondence and no personal details. Briefings are fetched when you open the app, shown on the glasses, and discarded when it closes.
https://g2.nytshift.com, the only origin the app is permitted to
contact. No other permission is requested. The app does not use the camera,
the microphone, location, your photo album, or your contacts.g2.nytshift.com — operated by NytShift. It authenticates your access key and forwards a request for meeting cards to the assistant service that key belongs to. It stores your key only as a SHA-256 hash, never in readable form.
The service records a minimal operational log: the time of a request, which account made it, and how many cards were returned. It does not log meeting content, names, message text or the substance of any briefing. Logs are for diagnosing faults and are not shared with anyone.
It stays on your own assistant service. Meeting Cards never has access to your mailbox or calendar; it receives only the few sentences your assistant has already prepared. If you disconnect the app, nothing of yours remains in it.
None. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no crash reporting and no data broker. Nothing is sold or shared.
Entering the code DEMO connects the app to a set of invented
sample meetings so you can see how it works. The demo involves no real people
and no real data, and reaches no mailbox or calendar.
Meeting Cards is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will appear at this address with a new date, and the change will be described in the app's release notes.
